The most special thing that I have to say about Motia'z Royal Citi is its location on Delhi Highway. International Airport and railway station are very close. So quite convenient for those who have to come here in connection with business. There is a great connectivity from here for the entire tricity. Designing and architecture work has been done with a lot of planning. Apart from the facilities, the builder is quite approachable. If there are any problem, you can talk directly to the builder.
